You may cancel free of charge when SMO Travels receives your cancellation at least 24 hours before the confirmed tour start time.
Please send your cancellation through the confirmed WhatsApp or contact channel and include your name, tour and travel date. For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time, contact SMO Travels to confirm the applicable arrangements.
